Our Story
We kept seeing the same thing.
"Good businesses. Hard-working owners. Drowning in admin. The tools existed to fix it. Nobody had shown them how."
Whether it was a trades company spending evenings chasing invoices, or a small team copy-pasting the same email for the hundredth time — the pattern was always the same.
Grewe AI Solutions started because Kirsten and Mike got tired of watching that happen. With backgrounds in enterprise digital transformation, trades operations, and IT infrastructure, they had the skills to actually solve it — so they did.
We're based in the Okanagan. We work with local businesses. We're not going anywhere.

Kirsten Grewe
Co-Founder · Strategy & Training
Kirsten brings a decade of enterprise-level digital transformation experience — including large-scale CRM migrations (Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365) and designing corporate training programs for AI and productivity adoption.
She's the one who built the training programs, designed the discovery process, and knows exactly what it takes to get a team of 50 people actually using new tools — not just nodding through a demo.
Mike Grewe
Co-Founder · Infrastructure & Implementation
Mike's background is in IT infrastructure — which means when we say "we'll set it up and make sure it works," he's the reason that's actually true. He understands how systems connect, where things break, and how to build solutions that hold up under real daily use.
He's also got deep roots in the trades industry, which means he speaks the language and understands the workflows from the inside out.
